We provide advanced pressure-equalized rainscreen systems designed to manage water, wind, and air. Compartmentalization equalizes air pressure on both sides of the cladding, managing moisture intrusion and ensuring superior weather performance with an integrated air and vapor barrier. Continuous insulation and thermally broken cladding support systems provide optimal building thermal values.

Composite Metal Panel Wet-Sealed System (ACM)
Lightweight composite metal panel systems can be designed as either dry-joint or wet-sealed assemblies using standard rout and return methods. Composite panels offer durability, flatness, and limitless design options.
Insulated Metal Panels
A single-source exterior cladding component, IMPs integrate insulation, air/vapor barrier, and cladding in one system. Installed directly to metal stud framing or steel substructure, they deliver exceptional thermal performance, speed, and cost efficiency.
Single Skin Profile Panels
An economical and versatile cladding option, single skin panels come in a range of shapes, sizes, and colors with exposed or concealed fasteners. Roll-formed for consistency, these panels can also be perforated for architectural transparency and to meet performance requirements.
Flat Lock Panels
Typically fabricated from painted aluminum, or other natural metals such as zinc or copper, flat lock panels create a distinct ship-lapped aesthetic. Customizable styles and shapes allow TWS to handle complex geometries and detailed architectural features that integrate seamlessly with other façade materials.
Phenolic Panels
High Pressure Laminate (HPL) delivers outstanding durability and design flexibility. Available in a broad palette of finishes, phenolic panels are fabricated locally by TWS for schedule control and precision fit. They can be installed with concealed or exposed fasteners.
Fiber Cement Panels
Durable and adaptable, fiber cement panels replicate the look of concrete, stone, or metal, offering versatility for any architectural vision. Available in concealed or exposed fastener systems, these panels combine longevity with design freedom.
Terra Cotta & Stone Systems
TWS has years of experience installing terra cotta and light weight stone cladding systems. Our network of global suppliers enables us to deliver the ideal combination of design, durability, and cost efficiency for every project. Terra cotta and light weight stone systems provide incredible performance and longevity with a high-end look.

We have years of experience in designing, fabricating, and installing high-performance window, curtainwall, and storefront systems for commercial, and institutional projects. Our solutions combine architectural aesthetics with structural integrity, energy efficiency, and long-term durability. From custom-engineered curtainwalls that define building façades to sleek aluminum storefronts and precision-fit window systems, we deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and code compliance.
TWS is one of the leading subcontractors in the Northeast to adopt panelization practices. We’ve developed and tested a range of panelized wall systems that drastically reduce the time required to enclose a building — allowing interior trades to begin their work sooner.
Our panelized sections include:
-
Stud framing, DensGlass, and AVB, or
-
Stud framing and insulated panels that replace DensGlass, AVB, insulation, and the thermally broken support system.
-

TWS specializes in functional and architectural louvers and screen wall systems, which often serve as a prominent design feature. We coordinate these systems to integrate seamlessly with other façade components, enhancing both performance and aesthetics.
From functional design to architectural statement, sunshades are a defining feature of many modern façades. TWS designs, fabricates, and installs custom and standard sunshade systems, including stand-alone extruded aluminum screens for parking garages and façades.

Our comprehensive approach to assist with design and provide valued engineering optimizes project outcomes for our clients. We leverage our professional qualifications, industry experience, and collaborative approach with project stakeholders to identify and resolve design issues, manage project costs, and increase efficiency.
The Design-Assist Process
-
Early Engagement: TWS is frequently involved early in projects, which helps streamline the construction process, manage the budget, and maintain the aesthetic vision.
-
Constructability Analysis: The team uses its real-world experience to identify potential challenges and provide input on methods and materials that will make project execution more practical and cost-effective. This helps eliminate surprises and costly changes later in the build.
-
Enhanced Communication: TWS works closely with the design team to foster a collaborative environment, which improves communication between the designers and the construction teams.
Value Engineering Approach
Value Engineering is a systematic method for analyzing a project's functions to optimize its costs without compromising quality or performance.-
Cost and Schedule Management: TWS focuses on identifying opportunities to "value manage" projects, ensuring that costs and schedules are effectively controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
-
Optimized Solutions: By evaluating different materials and construction methods, TWS can identify more cost-effective options that deliver the same result. This includes suggesting design modifications or material substitutions based on market prices and project constraints.
-
Client Benefits: The ultimate goal is to provide the client with the best possible value without sacrificing quality.
