CASE STUDY | Framingham, MA

A SUCCESSFUL
ADDITION

Located in greater Boston, the Sanofi-Genzyme campus has a small footprint and unmistakable pop of color setting its buildings apart from others in the area.

When Total Wall Systems was brought onto the biotech building project, they partnered with the architectural firm to offer design assist services to make sure the full vision for the project was realized and completed quickly.

Their solution, a single source building envelope, was just what was needed to meet the requirements, realize the project vision and exceed the desired timeline.

The result is an eye-catching jewel box where thousands now work to find therapies for patients with rare diseases.

When Sanofi-Genzyme needed to expand, they asked TWS to return to complete an addition to the building.

TWS played a large role in design assist and also consulted on roof coordination.

The exterior is a ribbed, insulated metal panel and aluminum composite.
